Like most who will google such a service, it is an act of faith.  I sent our most precious tapes/ discs going back 23+ years ... various machines over the ages, all failed, so no idea what was on.

First challenge was registered post during a Christmas period pandemic.  Next day Royal Mail delivery did not arrive ... for 5 days, then Jason advised us it was OK days before Royal Mail! You have no idea the relief to learn.

Next issue was some broken tapes. Some repaired. Have absolute trust your guys tried their best.

We received live commentary on how the recovery/ recordings was going. Again immensely reassuring.

Then the challenge was to get back to us during Christmas post period.  You advised would be sent next day.  It arrived 24 hours later.

 

What to say.  I estimate 10 hours of recordings tracking our 3 kids early years ... Christmas nativities, birthdays etc
